This dual property project consisted of an office complex within the Liberty Business Park, as well as a Hangar facility located at the Will Rogers International Airport. The hangar facility consists of 84,000 square feet of prime MRO space while the office/warehouse facility is used for program management as well as further MRO work.
Gardner Tanenbaum Group developed this project, from the initial design through the construction and now serves as property manager for the facilities
