Experience
Charles served with the accounting firm of Arthur Anderson before entering the restaurant industry in 1981. There he accumulated over 20 years of management experience operating Dodson Cafeterias, before entering property management in 2001.
Project Experience
Charles is the Vice President of GTG's four multi-family properties including the largest apartment complex in Oklahoma City, the Lincoln at Central Park (708 units). The properties have a total project cost of over $93,000,000 and a total of 1,437,000 square feet.
