Kellogg's Distribution Center

This build-to-suit development was completed in August of 2009 for Kellogg's. It is located within GTG's existing Northgate Commerce Park which is the premier logistics park in Oklahoma City with over 600,000 square feet of Class A warehouse/distribution properties.
Kellogg's partnered with Gardner Tanenbaum Group because of our ability to deliver a modern distribution facility within a short deadline and compressed schedule. They were also attracted by our existing business park and the location along the Interstate 35 corridor. This 100,000 square foot facility was completed in nine months and was brought in on time and on schedule.
