As a landlord and a developer GTG provides constant preventive maintenance as well as quick turnaround for service and maintenance orders and is able to do so with their full time maintenance staff. GTG manages an array of different commercial property types as well as lease arrangements ranging from triple net (NNN), gross, modified gross, and full service leases.
