Experience
Prior to joining Gardner Tanenbaum Group Stephen spent three years in São Paulo, Brazil as the director of Latin American sales and market development for WeatherNews Americas Inc., a Japanese based weather service provider as well as with the OEM jet manufacturer Embraer. Stephen has also been employed by Patri, Inc. a Brazilian government relations firm.
Project Experience
Since joining the company in 2006 Stephen has completed over 38 leasing transactions totaling more than $18,500,000 and 460,000 square feet as well as $14,300,000 and 254,000 sf and 20 acres in development projects. Stephen oversees the commercial brokerage of company’s existing commercial portfolio as well as new business development for single and multi-tenant industrial and office parks. He is actively involved with both construction and property management.
