Steve has 30 years experience in retail, manufacturing, wholesale, and real estate development. Steve has completed both acquisitions and dispositions of business entities.
Project Experience
Since joining GTG Steve has been involved in the completion of over 20 projects totaling more than $220,000,000 and 2,500,000 square feet. Most notably, Steve has presided over the completion of three historic renovation projects that have earned over $10,000,000 in tax credits.
