Originally a 17 floor downtown office, this building has been completely refurbished by Gardner Tanenbaum Group to become Oklahoma City's first affordable high-rise community. In addition to 164 apartments the property boasts The Park Harvey Athletic Club, Park Harvey Sports Bar & Sushi as well as law offices and a State Farm Insurance Branch.
In redeveloping this exciting property, Gardner Tanenbaum Group made innovative use of the State of Oklahoma's Historical Tax Credits in funding the project. Under the strict guidelines of these credits, GTG restored and preserved much of the original aesthetics of the building.
